He studied at Universidad de Chile, from which he graduated in 2005. He received the degree of lawyer in 2008.
He has completed continuing education programs at Universidad de Chile (Deepening Course on Extracontractual Civil Liability in French and Chilean Law, and Refresher Course on the New Insolvency and Re-entrepreneurship Law) and Universidad de Los Andes (Postgraduate Diploma in Company’s Labor Law).
Experience
He has worked as a litigator in important national law firms.
He has a high level of experience in litigation and negotiation in complex civil and commercial disputes, and on commercial contracting consultancy, representing national and international clients.
