Andrés Tavolari G.

Studies

Graduated from Universidad de Valparaíso Law in 1995 with maximum distinction.

He obtained the “Valparaíso Bar Association” and the “Universidad de Valparaíso” awards, both given to the Best Graduate of his class.

Received his law degree in 1999, and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2000, and obtained the “Academic Achievement” award from the Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Sanctions Law from Universidad de Los Andes Law School.

Experience

He has completed continuing education programs at the University of California (Davis), University of California (Berkeley), Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Administrative Law – major in Public Services and Regulation), Universidad de Chile (Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Public Law), Universidad de Los Andes (Postgraduate Diploma in Economic Sanctions Law), International Institute of Humanitarian Law (San Remo, Italy) and Yale University.

He has served as advisor to the Ministry of National Defense and the Undersecretary of Fisheries.
