Andrés Nicolás Zambelli Novo

Studies

He studied at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, from which he graduated in 2013 obtaining a degree of distinction Cum Laude, and a major in Contract Law and Damages.

He received his law degree from the Supreme Court in 2016.

In 2017, he completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Natural Resources Law, major in Energy Law, at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.

During his undergraduate studies, he made a research internship at Universidad Carlos III, Madrid, Spain, within the Exchange Program: “Introduction to European Union Law”, for the project: “A comparative view of consumers guardianship: Adhesion Contracts, Abusive Clauses, and the Contracting General Conditions”.

Experience

He was an assistant professor of Civil Law at Universidad Alberto Hurtado, Universidad Finis Terrae, and Universidad Gabriela Mistral.

He is part, as Associate Researcher, of the Avelino León Hurtado Private Law Research Center. Likewise, he served as Assistant Researcher of Civil Law at Universidad Gabriela Mistral Law and Social Sciences School, and was a Member of the Arbitration Committee of the “Family and Law Magazine”, of the same University.
